Motivated by new technologies and challenges emerging from prospective cellular architectures, this thesis proposes the design and analysis of novel caching techniques targeting the improvement of mobile users' quality of experience. The results of this study showed the importance of Dijkstra's Algorithm, where by measuring the road distance through Google Maps, we came to the conclusion in calculating the shortest route between these cities.Ĭaching techniques have been extensively studied and deployed as powerful solutions to performance improvement in a wide variety of computer systems. Dijkstra's Algorithm basically starts at the node that you choose and it analyzes the graph to find the shortest path between that node and all the other nodes in the graph. The mentioned cities are in both ends of the country, where the starting point is the city of Gjakova and the destination is the city of Gjilan. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to find the shortest path between the two cities of the Republic of Kosovo through Dijkstra's algorithm. But this is probably very difficult to do manually. Therefore, to visit these cities we try to choose the shortest route between these locations. Although a small country, Kosovo has many destinations to see and visit. Kosovo is not only mountainous, but also has scenic views and other attractions of high cultural importance. Kosovo is a beautiful country with a strong cultural heritage which has a very rich nature. Finally, each chapter concludes with a section on further findings, providing views on the state of research, generalizations and advanced solutions. For the more advanced issues, this approach leads to a more mathematical treatment, including some theorems and proofs. Most chapters have the same basic structure: a motivation for the problem, comments on the most important applications, and then simple solutions presented as informally as possible and as formally as necessary.

The authors have extensive experience teaching these subjects to undergraduates and graduates, and they offer a clear presentation, with examples, pictures, informal explanations, exercises, and some linkage to the real world.

The authors use pictures, words and high-level pseudocode to explain the algorithms, and then they present more detail on efficient implementations using real programming languages like C++ and Java. The algorithms are presented in a modern way, with explicitly formulated invariants, and comment on recent trends such as algorithm engineering, memory hierarchies, algorithm libraries and certifying algorithms. Individual chapters cover arrays and linked lists, hash tables and associative arrays, sorting and selection, priority queues, sorted sequences, graph representation, graph traversal, shortest paths, minimum spanning trees, and optimization.

This book is a concise introduction addressed to students and professionals familiar with programming and basic mathematical language.
BASIC DATA STRUCTURES AND ALGORITHMS PROFESSIONAL
Every computer scientist and every professional programmer should know about the basic algorithmic toolbox: structures that allow efficient organization and retrieval of data, frequently used algorithms, and basic techniques for modeling, understanding and solving algorithmic problems. Algorithms are at the heart of every nontrivial computer application, and algorithmics is a modern and active area of computer science.
